Booking requests

Sending a request through this website does not confirm a booking. We hold the requested dates for a short time while we review your request, and a booking is confirmed only when we approve it.

Prices and deposits

Prices shown are starting prices. The final price depends on your event and guest count and is confirmed in a quote. A deposit is required to confirm a booking. No payments are taken on this website.

Property rules

  • Maximum 300 guests; events close by 11:00 PM.
  • No pets. No smoking or vaping.
  • Alcohol requires a permit.
  • Music and noise must follow City of Milton by-laws.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • The riverside is a restricted area.
  • Basic cleaning after use is required.

Cancellations

  • 30 or more days before your event: full refund of your deposit.
  • 14 to 30 days before: 50% of your deposit is refunded.
  • Less than 14 days before: the deposit isn't refunded.

To cancel, email or call us. The day we receive your message counts as the cancellation date.
