Before you book

House rules

  • Up to 300 guestsFor events. Overnight stays are limited to 20 guests.
  • Events end by 11:00 PMPlease plan music and departures so the property is quiet by then.
  • No pets
  • No smoking or vapingAnywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
  • Alcohol requires a permitEvents serving alcohol need a Special Occasion Permit.
  • Music and noise follow City of Milton by-laws
  • Children must be supervisedGuests are responsible for children at all times.
  • The riverside is off-limitsThe river area is a restricted area, for everyone's safety.
  • Basic cleaning after usePlease leave the property tidy. We'll share a short checklist when you book.

Cancellation policy

  • 30 or more days before your eventFull refund of your deposit.
  • 14 to 30 days before50% of your deposit is refunded.
  • Less than 14 days beforeThe deposit isn't refunded.
