Who we are

Harrads Farm House (7505 Sixth Line, Milton, Ontario) runs this website to share information about our venue and to receive booking requests and questions.

What we collect

• When you send a message: your name, your email or phone number, and your message.
• When you request a reservation: your name, contact details, preferred way to be contacted, requested dates and times, event details, guest numbers and any equipment or extra requests.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the site secure (for example, to stop spam). Internet addresses are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your message, review and manage your booking, and contact you about it. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Emails

We send emails about your request (for example "request received" and "booking approved") from our business Gmail account.

Cookies

The public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our staff login uses a security cookie.

Maps

Our home and contact pages show a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your internet address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. The "Get directions" button opens Google Maps.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and message records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.
